01 / BUILT ON OUR OWN OPERATIONS
PharmaOps
Collections, credit control and inventory visibility for our own pharma distribution business.
DISTRIBUTOR WORKSPACEIllustrative interface · Outcome figures are modeled
The problem
Pharmacy customers pay late. At year-end 2023, company-wide days sales outstanding was 93 days. In Cebu, collection took 127 days in 2025.
Expired stock written off eats margin. And credit decisions lived in people’s heads, not in a system the team could use.
What we built
A distributor dashboard that puts collections, credit and stock in one place, alongside a pharmacy ordering portal.
Receivables aging
Current, 31–60, 61–90 and 90+ day buckets.
Collections playbook
Reminders on day 25, 31 and 45. Credit hold on day 61.
Pharmacy credit control
Per-pharmacy credit scores and limits.
Inventory watch
Batches under 180 days to expiry are flagged.
Pharmacy ordering portal
A dedicated place for pharmacy customers to order.
How we measured it
The baseline numbers come from Virrod’s own ledger. They describe the business before PharmaOps.
The “with PharmaOps” figures are modeled scenarios. They are not observed results, and we are not claiming that these improvements have happened.
